Loved the book. Never put it down. Can wait to finish the series. Lori is so well evolved you want to read more. Ly is just dreamy and a great character.
Loved Lori's Wolf. The story is simple and steamy. Lyall and Lori are easy to like. The Typical destined mates type story. Liked the bit of world building on Pack life. I hope that Rolf gets a story too. Enjoyable quick read!
Lyall is one hot Alpha who isn't looking for a mate but one day a woman is lost in the woods and gets hurt. He rescues her and finds out that she is his mate. The scenes after are intense hotness and I loved it! Can't wait to read more from this author!
I think it would have been better if there was some character development and more story. There was lots of sex scenes and "out of this world" phrases but the writing wasn't very interesting...maybe a rewrite is needed with what he did for a living, what she did, does or whatever...
Lori leaves a man who doesn't want her in the bedroom, which makes her feel unworthy.
Lyall is lettings wolf free to run and hears a human scream, then smells blood.
Y'all realizes,this human has collective the waterfall and could be seriously injured. Taking her to his healer he realizes he will never let her leave.
Will she be willing to stay? We she understand about shifters and their ways? Will throwback to the man who didn't want her?
Definitely a must read to find out.
Great story as usually Ava.
Must read that will leaving you wishing for more in your own life. Imagine running away from your life because you feel like you are nothing to your boyfriend and falling into the arms of a man that thinks you're the best thing in the world. Treating you like a princess, not to mention keeping you protected from all other males. I never thought about having a over protective and jealous man before. You will dive into this book and wish you were in her place, trust me. Excellent job!!

This is a great book. It is well written, smooth flowing and easy to read. The author does a good job portraying the characters, their emotions and the experiences they go through. Once I started the book I couldn't put it down.
Lori is a human. She is staying in a remote cabin to escape from the troubles of real life. While on a hike in the woods, Lori is certain she hears a wolf's cry. Unfortunately she takes a tumbe and realizes it may not have been a good idea to go on a hike and nobody knows where she is.
When Lori wakes up, she finds herself in an unfamiliar bed, with a strange man in the room. She has no idea who the man is, how she got here or what's going on. Being unfamiliar with the shifter community, Lori is in for a big surprise.
I recommend this book to those who enjoy werewolves/shifters, paranormal, romance, and those who have enjoyed other books by the author.
